Founding Coach Raffy Sgroi
Raffy Sgori founded Sage to create a different kind of business coaching space – A space where coaching, mentoring, and practical small business support come together. Even as the founder and senior coach, Raffy wanted Sage to be more than her. More than any one of us. She wanted Sage to be the ultimate business coaching destination for Canberra and the world.
A sound believer that all businesses can be environmentally and financially sustainable with inclusive and community-minded values, Raffy has founded, supported and developed a range of businesses. One such business she co-founded with her husband has received numerous awards, locally and even globally, for its excellence and customer service. Offering a safe and inclusive workplace with ongoing training and the latest technology, they prioritise sustainability and student training in an industry where it’s not always practical or economical to do so, winning awards and customers for its efforts. Raffy wants the same success for your business.
